SuperMindset : When something goes wrong, we used to do "The B-E-J" - Syndrome (Part 2)

Recently, the first part of this topic was published few days ago, if you are interested on how this story is started from, dont worry, you can just check it here. At this time, we are discussing about the B-E-J Syndrome, just like what I expose on my welcome post, I always try to discuss a specific nice topic, and hopefully you can enjoy it too. When something goes wrong, i noticed that most of us is appearing the BEJ Syndrome, the blame, excuse, and justify. after understanding the blame syndrom in the first part, now it is so interesting to undersatnding the excuse part.
Lets take a simple example, when we are placed in a uneasy condition, a hard time, or when we are failed to completing a task, normally we will use the excuse runaway gate, so directly a statement like "no problem, we can do it another time" or "no problem, we can still alive without completing that task" is easily released from our official tongue. Do this really happened on Us ? of course you are the most responsible person to answer it, but when you are the more productive person, the excuse method is no longer acceptable, because on my own opinion, ideally, to get more result, we must do more effort, no pain no gain, and of course, to get the broader knowledge, of course we must broaden our comfort zone.
I guess it is a simple concept of understanding, but dont worry, we will get deeper on the third part of this topic.
feel free to share your opinion about this topics, your feedback is a treasure for the SuperMindset concept.

SuperMindset : When something goes wrong, we used to do "The B-E-J" - Syndrome (Part 1)

Consiusly, we are all agreed if this life is full of challenge, this life is full of mistery, then we are realise if thet point made this life is much more interesting. there are smile, there are cry, happiness and sadness just pass on our life just like a round of the wheel. We are take every situation as a cycle, a normal situation of this life, but in fact, there are two different perspective on how to managing our mind facing the reality of life, especially the negative one. We need to put our attention on the negative situation, because the positive is more easy to be handled, but when we get the negative, it seems like we need an extra energy to manage it on the right way. By my simple observation on people around my daily activity, there are a habit that usually appear when someone on a negative situation, on my very own point of view, this habit is not only improductive, but also making everyone else feel uncomfortable.
Imagine if you are on a bad situation, or uneasy condition, where you think if that is the worst of everything, Bingo, on thet very situation, usually the BEJ Syndrome appear. Purposively I called it BEJ Syndrome because of that action is representing the three major action usually taken when we are stuck in a bad situation such as : late, angry, lazy, unable to do something, guilty, etc. The BEJ Syndrome is build from the three capital words B E J which stand for : Blame, Excuse, Justify.
I guess we are getting closer for what I am trying to share here. Blame, appear when we are unable to make a confession if we are wrong. when we are late, we are always blame the traffic jam, the unrang alarm, the missed schedule, or maybe anything we can say just to avoid the fact if we are wrong, because prepare everything improperly, resulting we are late on attending a schedule.
The second is Excuse, so interesting to examine this second chapter of the syndrome, but be patience to read it on a full share on my next posting, surely, I am also wondering how surprising it will be.
