Inspiring People : Zainal Abidin - Jay The Terrorist

Meet Jay, an incredible person from Indonesia. He is one of my favourite motivator. If you get a chence to meet him, yo will find a simple, motivating and energizing person. His full name is Zainal Abidin, a common name in Indonesia, maybe you will find hundreds of other Zainal Abidin in this archipelago country, but just like what I have said before, this person is especially made to different. You can say on the image above, there boldly typed : "Prov. Zainal Abidin PHD" , an eye-catching headline which contain an ambiguity, because the phrase "Prov" is not stand for the word "Professor" but it stand for "Provocator", and the PHD title at the back of his name is not a title for post-graduated program, but merely defined as "Permanent Head Damage", a sarkactic symbol, reflecting the unstoppable spirit to spread the entrepreneurship mindset.

Zainal Abidin or Jay The Terrorist is an outstanding entrepreneur. At his age, a bunch of achievement was made. Until now, Jay is officially crafted as the highest authority of "Institut Kemandirian", a non-profit organization which put its concern to reduce the unemployment in Indonesia. As we know, the unemployment is one of the major problem for the developing countries, so a solutive action is needed, because unemployment is often appear because our school is shaped its student become an employer who taking and searching for regular jobs, not the entrepreneur, which be able to taking the risk, providing job for himself, and career for his employer. Jay is also involved to manage one of the social organization in Indonesia called "Dompet Dhuafa". this organization s managed to help the need for better education, health, and other social aspect. Jay just love to provocating, He always persuading people to be independent, not to give up, and pushing the motivation to its limit, just like one of His provocation when he launch a "School for Monkey", yes, a real monkey, just to proven His challenge, that if we teach the monkey, just in less than three month, we can guarantee thet the monkey can making money for itself (for being an entertainer), furthermore, the monkey is also be able to producing money for the monkey owner !!! So what a shame, if we are human, who perfectly made by God, are unable to be productive.

Jay is also a book writer, He write almost hundred book title, some of it was translated to foreign language. He is also noted as a senior mentor of the Indonesian Entrepreneur Community named "Tangan Di Atas", and the official share holder of some outstanding company in Indonesia such as : PT.
